Ron 'Bumblefoot' Thal, was the entertainment here this Friday night at my favorite club Vamp'd Vegas. Home of great service, great food, friendly staff and great ROCK bands.

For those unfamiliar with the name Ron 'Bumblefoot' Thal, he is the monster guitarist with Guns N' Roses. His solo work is far his best and my favorite of his work.

The opening acts were: Leaving Springfield, and T.O.D. they both did a good job of getting the show off to a rocking start.

Bumblefoot finally came out with his double neck guitar in hand, one neck was fretless, the other was not, both six stringers, and he had a hole to hold his thimble (yes i said thimble as in the kind in sewing kits) he is known for his playing his guitar with it.

He did a great job in interacting with the crowd. He was all over the place, and at one point he was in the crowd. Just shredding away, the crowd went nuts trying to get a picture with him playing his guitar, the guys at Vamp'd were very cool keeping him safe, as well as being cool with the patrons. Again I must mention, Vamp'd as one of the better places to see live music in Vegas.

If you have not seen Bumblefoot play, you really must. He is a gifted, and very talented guitarist and very humble. After the show he signed everything, everyone brought with them. He joked with us, and did pictures with everyone.
